🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Date: January 1st, 2025

At RG Source for Hockey, we ship high-quality hockey gear across the U.S. using reliable carriers to get your order to you quickly and safely.

Shipping Options & Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping (3–7 business days): $15.00, we choose the best shipping carrier and service.
  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days): Available at an additional cost.
  • Free In-Store Pickup: Both locations offer free pickup during store hours.

Shipping times are estimates and do not include processing time (1–2 business days).

Processing Times

Orders are processed during regular business hours (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders placed after hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

In-Store Pickup

If you select in-store pickup, we’ll notify you by email or phone when your order is ready. Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation when picking up.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the continental United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
  • Oversized items (e.g., goalie gear, sticks) may incur additional shipping charges.

Delays

RG Source for Hockey is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carriers, holidays, or supply chain issues. Once an item has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery schedule.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt (or expected delivery). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
