Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. 

How to Return

1. Initiate the return:
   Contact our customer service team by emailing to request a return.
2. Package the item:
   Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase
3. Ship the item:
   Ship the return to the following address:​ RG Source for Hockey, 3869 Ice Way, Fort Wayne, IN 46805
4. Return shipping costs:
   Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. 
   

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. You will be notified via email once your return is processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. 

Exceptions

• Final Sale Items:
  Discounted items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns. 
  
• Used or Damaged Items:
  Items that show signs of wear or use, or are not in their original packaging, will not be accepted for return. 
  

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If the item you want is more expensive, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
